Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute recruitment processes as per organizational needs.
- Conduct new employee orientation programs.
- Handle joining processes, pre-employment checks, and maintain recruitment-related records.
- Manage employee attendance and leave through HRM portal.
- Conduct effective exit interviews and assist with succession planning.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management or related field.
