bZm Graphics is a well established Visual Content Post-Production company, offering high-volume post-production services to e-commerce brands, creative studios, and photography agencies worldwide. We’re on the lookout for a “Digital Marketing Manager” to lead and scale our digital presence across multiple platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead & manage our digital marketing team: SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Telemarketing, etc.
- Build and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with sales and branding goals.
- Oversee marketing campaigns across all digital channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Email, etc.)
- Analyze performance metrics, optimize funnels, and report on ROI & KPIs.
- Work closely with creative and sales teams to generate high-quality leads and increase brand visibility.
- Manage marketing budgets, tools, and agency/vendor partnerships.
- Keep up with marketing trends and tech to implement innovative ideas (AI tools, automation, etc.)
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any Discipline, Major in Marketing will get Priority
Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 5 year of relevant experience
Additional Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a team leadership/manager role.
- Experience in B2B services, preferably creative, agency, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in at least one area (SEO, SMM, Paid Ads).
- Proficient in marketing analytics, and project management platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced growth.
- Experience in a similar industry will be considered a strong advantage.
